What to expect

• Make contact with us and you will be called by our lead consultants, David Cowell and Sarah Shorten, who will deal with you exclusively. We'll ask to meet you. We can be flexible as to the when and where.
• We'll talk through your position and intentions and provide an honest appraisal of whether or not we can help. Creel is a specialist recruitment to recruitment provider and thus not for everyone. We seek to represent only the liveliest minds in the industry.
• If we work together, we will become your articulate advocate looking to create a series of intelligent options. We will not swerve difficult moments in the process and will be direct when necessary.
• We operate with absolute discretion. All conversations are in confidence and we will not approach clients without your consent.
